Our Planned Giving Program is just that: a program that provides current and future friends and stakeholders and members of the 1889 Legacy Society with several ways to make thoughtfully planned gifts to the Walkway Over the Hudson, including bequests, insurance policies, real estate, trusts, and other giving options. If you love our park, a gift from your estate can be a transformative way to leave a meaningful legacy that will benefit the Walkway Over the Hudson and the Hudson Valley for years to come. You can name the Walkway in your will, and/or as a beneficiary of your donor-advised fund, retirement plan, IRA, or life insurance policy.
